Save the Children
For over 25 years, T.J.Maxx and Save the Children have worked together to help children living in our nation’s poorest rural communities by providing literacy, nutrition and physical fitness programs that give them a chance for a brighter future. This partnership began with the sponsorship of 113 children, and has grown to over 925 with every T.J.Maxx store sponsoring a child. Since 1984 T.J.Maxx and its customers have donated over $14 million to children in need in the United States.
Autism Speaks
For over 7 years T.J.Maxx has been a dedicated partner to Autism Speaks. The goal of Autism Speaks is to make the future brighter for those who struggle with autism spectrum disorders by funding global biomedical research, raising public awareness, and bringing hope to all affected. T.J.Maxx is committed to raising the money necessary to support these goals. For the past six years, we’ve proudly held an annual take-a-dollar program, raising over $6 million for this very important cause.
Joslin Diabetes Center
T.J.Maxx has been a supporter of the Joslin Diabetes Center since 2007. Joslin Diabetes Center is the only diabetes institution in the world to create a synergy among researchers, clinicians and educators. This special collaboration has produced cutting-edge scientific discovery, unique clinical care models and pioneering educational strategies. Over the last 4 years T.J.Maxx has donated over $1.5 million to support the Joslin Diabetes Center, with the help of our generous customers.
